BE RADICAL!

I am radically committed, I have Holy Spirit Power
The die is cast; I've stepped over the line
The decision has been made; I am now a disciple of His.
I won't look back, let up, slow down, back away or be still
My past is redeemed, my present makes sense and my future is secure.
I am finished and done with no living, side-walking, small planning.
Smooth knees, colorless dreams, tainted visions, mundane talking, chimsy giving and dwarf goals
I no longer need man's pre-eminence, positions, promotions, plaudits or popularity
Jesus has made my life right, first, tops and victorious.
He's one to be recognized, lean by faith, love by patience, live by prayer and labour by power.
I have no doubts, no borders, no limits and no fears
My face is set, my gate is fast, my goal is heaven, my road is narrow
My way is rough, my companions few, my God reliable, my mission clear.
I can not be bought, compromised, detoured, lured away, turned back, diluted or delayed.
I will not flinch in the face of sacrifice; hesitate in the presence of adversity
Negotiated at the table of the enemy, ponder at the pool of popularity, or meander in the maze of mediocrity.
I won't give up, shut up, let up or slow up
'Til I'm preached up, prayed up, paid up, stored up, stayed up for the cause of Christ.
My destiny is irrevocable, my call is unchangeable, my bonus unstoppable and my compassion undeniable,
For I am a disciple of Jesus
I must go 'til He comes, give 'til I drop, preach 'til all know, and work 'til He stops
And when He comes to get His own, He'll have no problem recognizing me.
My color will be clear and that makes it clear!

DREAM Again...

Everyone has dreams. But sometimes, they become forgotten dreams... maybe because of the time waiting for them to happen, maybe because they grew tired of waiting or doing everything to make it happen. However, to no avail, nothing happens.

Me? I have great dreams! A few months back, I still have them in my heart. But somehow, tired of giving it a fight!

After spending time again with God... I've had the conviction that God would want me to dream again, dream great dreams for Him.. attempt great things for Him and expect great things from Him.

I've first heard of the Dreamer's Manifesto by Jordan Sebastian, May 2007 when Dr. Jun Vencer included it in his teachings... and so it goes...

I will dream, I will dream BIG and AMAZING and SPECTACULAR and AWESOME DREAMS.

I will live my dreams. And not compromise for the sake of security or safety or comfort.

I will jump out of my comfort zone and embrace change. CHANGE, whom I fear. CHANGE, whom I dread.

I will seek to live beyond what I can. BELIEVING that the GOD whom I trust is MUCH, MUCH BIGGER. And GREATER than any obstacle I may face.

I will face my fear. I will STOP running away from it and TURN AROUND.

I SURRENDER. I SURRENDER to my GREAT DESTINY, knowing deep in my heart I AM DESTINED for EXCELLENCE. I AM DESTINED for GREATNESS.

Not mediocrity. Not conformity. Not in arrogance, but with the MANTLE OF HUMILITY placed upon me.

Because this is not about me. This is ABOUT GOD.

And I will do all this not in TEN years from now, when I am free. Not FIVE years from now, when I have the money. Not ONE year from now, when I am steady. Not ONE week from now, when I know how. Not even TOMORROW because tomorrow is far from now.

I will LIVE MY DREAMS NOW and I will ACT NOW.

It's time to dream again. It's time to act on my dreams again.

Love Looks Beyond - Ruth Bell Graham

You look at me and see my flaws;
I look at you and see flaws, too.
Those who love know love deserves
a second glance; each failure serves
another chance. Love looks to see,
beyond the scars and flaws, the cause;
and scars become an honorable badge
of battles fought and won—or lost—but fought!
The product, not the cost,
is what love sought.

God help us see beyond the now
to the before, and note with tenderness
what lies between—and love the more!

A Poem by Ruth Bell Graham

Dear God, I prayed, all unafraid
(as we're inclined to do),
I do not need a handsome man
but let him be like You;

I do not need one big and strong
nor yet so very tall,
nor need he be some genius,
or wealthy, Lord at all;

But let his head be high, dear God,
and let his eye be clear,
his shoulder straight,
whate'er his state,
whate'er his earthly sphere;

And let his face have character
and ruggedness of soul,
And let his whole life show, dear God,
a singleness of goal;

Then when he comes
(as he will come)
With quiet eyes aglow,
I'll understand that he's the man
I prayed long ago...

When a banner is raised on the mountain,

You will see it

And when a trumphet sounds,

You will hear it.

He Makes All Things Beautiful...

God makes all things beautiful.
Put your faith in Him, not in a timetable.
Wait on Him and wait for Him.
When He is ready, you will be ready.

In His perfect way,
He will put everything together...
see through every detail...
arrange every circumstance...
change every heart...
and order every step
to bring to pass
what He has promised to you.

Your stepping stone

Over the years

when you've suffered a setback,

and the reason for it

seemed unknown.

Did you ever consider

that it was a lesson

and that failure's a stepping stone?

How you respond

and what you learn from it,

shows the world how much

you have grown.

You'll climb a bit higher

toward the peak of success

making failure a stepping stone.

For you make the choice,

in the way that you see it.

It is your decision alone.

You can stall in self-pity

or keep moving upward

making failure a stepping stone.

So join all the people

who've ever succeeded,and practice

the courage they've shown.

Learn from your losses

but keep climbing higher,

and make failure your stepping stone.

"each of us has his shares of failures, but we need to stand up and try to do it again... who knows by God's grace... we will succeed in this next try..."

The world's out to...

When I got out of bed
and stubbed my toe,
that was the moment
I started to know,

The world's out to get me.

My toast was burnt,
my eggs were nuked,
When I sipped my coffee,
I almost puked.

I got stuck in traffic,
had to go to the loo,
and I felt like I was coming
down with the flu.

The world's out to get me.

I caught a big earful
from my grouchy old boss,
Then I ruined my sweater
with spaghetti sauce.

The world's out to get me.

I schlepped to the park
when my work day was done,
I felt like I weighed
an entire metric ton.

An old lady on a bench
said "Sit with me, dear.
There's plenty of room
for two of us here."

"The world's out to get me,"
I said with a sigh.
"My life's a big mess,
and I don't know why."

"Ah," she answered,
"I can tell from your voice
that it's time for you
to make life's biggest choice.

"I'm just an old lady
but there's one thing I know:
You have to spread love
wherever you go.

"You see,everyone's scared,
everyone is alone,
and everyone's hurting
right down to the bone.

"Love is the medicine
that all of us need,
but it's in short supply,
very short, indeed.

"Do you know why that is?"
she put her hand on my sleeve,
"Because you first have to give
if you want to receive.

"Take time to listen,
take time to cry,
take time to love them,
give it a try.

"You'll soon discover
you can help people heal,
they'll be drawn to you, dear,
like a magnet to steel.

"Unhappy folks still haven't
learned this truth yet,
that God wants you to give,
before you can get."

As I rose from the bench
and kissed her frail hand,
I said "I think I finally
understand."

The world's out to love me,
I say every day,
'cause my life has changed
in a wonderful way.

I feed souls
starved for kindness,
and genuine love.
I pass it along
from the Source up above.

We're each a pure note
in God's heavenly song,
The world's out to love you...
Pssst: Pass it along.

"to love is the secret to happiness..."

Keep Believing - Regina Hill

keep believing
that you have what it takes
to make your dream into reality
keep thinking positive thoughts
and know that you have the ability to do anything
find the encouragement inside yourself
to know that you're worthwhile and distinct --
someone who deserves the very best there is...
